Toasted Vanilla Berry Crumble Yogurt Jars

Equipment

  • 2 Jars
  • 1 Mixing bowl
  • 1 skillet

Ingredients

Yogurt layer

  • 1 1/2 C Coconut yogurt or yogurt of your choice
  • 2 Scoops Unflavored collagen peptides
  • 1-2 tsp Pure vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tsp Honey or Pure maple syrup

Fruit

  • 2-3 Kiwis, peeled and diced
  • 1/2-1 C Raspberries

High Fiber Crumble

  • 3/4 C Kellogg's Bran Buds
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Coconut oil or neutral oil of your choice
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Pinch Salt

Instructions

  • In a small bowl mix together the yogurt, collagen, vanilla and honey. Divide into the base of two jars
  • In a skillet heat the bran buds, honey, cinnamon and coconut oil until the honey melts and becomes caramelized about 4-5 minutes. Allow to cool for a few minutes
  • While the brand buds are caramelizing and cooling chop your kiwi.
  • Once the bran buds are warm layer them on top of the yogurt and add the fruit
  • Serve immediately or close the jar with an airtight lid and refrigerate overnight!
