Toasted Vanilla Berry Crumble Yogurt Jars
Equipment
- 2 Jars
- 1 Mixing bowl
- 1 skillet
Ingredients
Yogurt layer
- 1 1/2 C Coconut yogurt or yogurt of your choice
- 2 Scoops Unflavored collagen peptides
- 1-2 tsp Pure vanilla extract
- 1-2 tsp Honey or Pure maple syrup
Fruit
- 2-3 Kiwis, peeled and diced
- 1/2-1 C Raspberries
High Fiber Crumble
- 3/4 C Kellogg's Bran Buds
- 1 1/2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Coconut oil or neutral oil of your choice
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Pinch Salt
Instructions
- In a small bowl mix together the yogurt, collagen, vanilla and honey. Divide into the base of two jars
- In a skillet heat the bran buds, honey, cinnamon and coconut oil until the honey melts and becomes caramelized about 4-5 minutes. Allow to cool for a few minutes
- While the brand buds are caramelizing and cooling chop your kiwi.
- Once the bran buds are warm layer them on top of the yogurt and add the fruit
- Serve immediately or close the jar with an airtight lid and refrigerate overnight!
