2 Minute Chocolate Mousse Cake

Ingredients: 1 serving

3 tbsp cocoa powder or cacao

1 tbsp chocolate protein powder

1 large egg

1/3 C dairy free yogurt *different yogurts create different texture. I use Cocojune coconut yogurt because it produced the most mousse like consistency but other types came out more like a cake texture

1 tbsp pure maple syrup

Directions:

1. Mix all the ingredients

2. Pour into a microwave safe dish and microwave for 90 seconds and check the consistency. If you’d like it to be a little more firm add another 30 seconds

*The cake shown in my video was microwaved for a total of 120 seconds andI used cocojune yogurt and truvani chocolate protein powder
