2 Minute Meal Prep: Mexican Chicken Salad

Ingredients: 1 serving
1 C cooked chicken, diced or shredded
1/2 Avocado, diced (if meal prepping the night before add this in the morning of)
1/2 Green bell pepper
1/4 C diced red onion
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp taco seasoning, low sodium
1/4 C dairy free yogurt
Cilantro for topping
Mix and refrigerate!
