If not using protein powder, how much is 1 serving of oat flour? Love your recipes!
About 2 tablespoons! Thank you!!
This looks great. Can I bake in the oven instead?
Hi! I’m sure you can I just haven’t tried it so I can’t tell you the exact temp or time
I cooked it in the microwave for 3 1/2 minutes and it was still undercooked. Any suggestions?
Hi! Is the bowl the same size as the one I used? And what power level is your microwave?
Thanks for your quick response!
No it definitely wasn’t. It was a long dish because I didn’t have a bowl similar to size in video. What size bowl did you use? My daughter tried it and loved it regardless but I still want to make sure I cook it through next time I make it for her this week.
Oh ok that’s probably the issue. I used a 7oz ramekin from target. I have it linked in instagram and on my LTK but if you search ramekin 7oz. on target it will pop up
Thank you so much! Will get the one you have. Thanks for sharing the recipe!
I bought the 7 oz ramekin but it doesn’t flowed and was completely raw. Following the directions to a tee. Not sure why it isn’t working for me.
Hi! What power is your microwave? Keep in mind this should be a mousse texture not cake like. If you want to send my a photo you can email me domenique.trupia@gmail.com I’m sure we can figure it out!
