Omega 3 Bark

Ingredients:
1 1/2 C Dark chocolate chips
1 1/2 tsps coconut oil or avocado oil (for chocolate)
1 tbsp spirulina powder
1/2 tbsp coconut oil or avocado oil (for spirulina)
2 tbsp hemp seeds (if allergic you can use flaxseeds)
1/2 C Cruchmasters Multigrain Crackers
1/4 C Goji berries ( you can also use freeze dried strawberries or raspberries)
Directions:
- In a small bowl mix the spirulina powder with oil until smooth
- In another bowl, microwave safe, add the chocolate and oil. Mix until all the chocolate chips are coated with oil and then microwave for 30 seconds at a time until completely melted. Stirring after each 30 seconds. This took 1 min for my microwave.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the chocolate and spread it out. Mix the spirulina on top. Add the other toppings and freeze for two hours before cracking
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator
