Omega 3 Bark

Ingredients:

1 1/2 C Dark chocolate chips

1 1/2 tsps coconut oil or avocado oil (for chocolate)

1 tbsp spirulina powder

1/2 tbsp coconut oil or avocado oil (for spirulina)

2 tbsp hemp seeds (if allergic you can use flaxseeds)

1/2 C Cruchmasters Multigrain Crackers

1/4 C Goji berries ( you can also use freeze dried strawberries or raspberries)

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl mix the spirulina powder with oil until smooth
  2. In another bowl, microwave safe, add the chocolate and oil. Mix until all the chocolate chips are coated with oil and then microwave for 30 seconds at a time until completely melted. Stirring after each 30 seconds. This took 1 min for my microwave.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the chocolate and spread it out. Mix the spirulina on top. Add the other toppings and freeze for two hours before cracking
  4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator
