Anti-inflammatory Hot Chocolate

Ingredients: Makes 1 Cup
1 tbsp Cocoa powder
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp Turmeric
1/2 tsp coconut oil (optional)
1 C Non-dairy milk ( I use oat milk)
2 tsp Honey (optional)

Directions:
1. Heat milk in a saucepan
2. While the milk is warming up pour all of the spices into the cup.
3. Pour the milk over the spices and mix well

I like to make this when I’m sick and need something to help relax my sinuses
