High Protein Baked Oats

•Dairy free, Egg free• Can be made gluten free•

Ingredients:
2 C Oats
2 C Milk (I use oat milk)
2 Ripe Bananas
1/4 Applesauce or 1 egg
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 C Maple syrup
2 tsp Vanilla extract
1 scoop protein powder- I use pea protein
*This will make 9 mini loaves. This pan can fit up to 18 if you want to make extra and freeze them. It’s non stick so you don’t need any cooking spray

Topping options:
Chocolate chips
Blueberries
Strawberries
Raisins
Matcha powder
Goji berries
Cocoa nibs
Bananas
Sprinkles

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375F
2. Mix all the ingredients with baking powder being the last ingredient added. Scoop about 1/4 C of the mixture into each well of the pan. Add your toppings.
3. Bake for 40 minutes. Allow them to cool completely before removing them from the pan.
*Can be stored refrigerated for up to 5 days or frozen for 3 months. To defrost them, wrap one in a damp paper towel and microwave for 30 seconds.
