Anti-inflammatory Smoothie

Ingredients: Makes 1 serving

1 C frozen mixed berries, I used the wholefoods mix of strawberries, blueberries, cherries and pomegranate

1/2 avocado or 1/2 banana

1/2” piece of fresh ginger

1/4 of a lemon juiced

1 tbsp ground flaxseed

1 C Chamomile tea or coconut water

1/8 tsp turmeric

**If you want to eat this for breakfast be sure to add 30g of protein or eat with a high protein meal

Directions:

  1. Blend all the ingredients and enjoy!
