- 6 Fresh mint leaves
- 4-5 Thin slices of fresh ginger
- 1 tsp Fennel seeds
- 2 Lemon slices
- 2 1/2 C Hot water
- 1 tbsp Honey, optional
Instructions
- In a teapot or heat-safe jar, combine apple tea, mint, ginger, fennel seeds, and cinnamon.Pour in 2½ cups of hot water.Cover and steep 6–8 minutes.Strain into two mugs.Add lemon and honey (if using) just before serving.
