Better Sleep Magnesium Tea

Ingredients:
Handful of berries
Lemon slices
Magnesium powder @moonjuice
•I use this brand because it’s 3rd party tested, vegan and sugar free. It’s also easy to adjust the amount you drink. Some people just need a few sips where others need the full cup compared to a pill where you can’t adjust the dose.
Heat water, mix and serve!
Additional Sleep tips:
1. Minimize electron device use before bed
2. Make sure your room is cool enough, 65 degrees is ideal
3. Try to avoid eating late at night
4. No caffeine after noon
5. No alcohol within 3 hours of bedtime
6. Consider making a wine down music playlist that you listen to before bed every night as part of your routine
7. Spend time outside everyday to help your circadian rhythm stay on track
8. Exercise 150 minutes per week
9. Make sure your room is very dark
10. Only use your bed for sleep
