Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad

Ingredients for dressing:

2 cloves garlic

1 lemon, juiced

1 tsp caper brine

1/4 c tahini or vegan mayo

2 tbsp nutritional yeast

Salt + pepper

1/4 C hemp seeds

1/4 C water

Ingredients for salad: Makes 4-6 servings

1lb Chickpea pasta, I used banza

4 C Cooked chicken, diced

2 C Cherry tomatoes, halved

4 C Romaine lettuce hearts

2 C Gluten free croutons
