DIY Shrimp Ice Platter

Your guests will love this display and it’s very easy to make!

Make room in your freeze for the tray. Layer paper towels under the tray to catch any spilled water.

Put the tray in your freezer and fill it up only half way with water. After two hours add the rosemary and fresh cranberries. Add a small amount of water about a cup for them to freeze to the top of the ice. They should be frozen to the ice in about an hour. Now you will fill the tray up the rest of the way with water leaving about 1/8 of an inch of the tray without water. Let the tray freeze overnight.

Remove the tray from the freezer when you’re ready to serve. Line up the shrimp, put out your cocktail sauce and serve!
