Homemade Cough Syrup

1/2 C Water
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp fresh grated or pureed ginger
Mix and adults take 1 tbsp a day
It’s very strong so be sure to chase it with water or juice. This is not for children
