Immunity Bombs

Ingredients:
3” Ginger root, sliced
3 Naval oranges
2 Lemons
1 tbsp Honey
1 tsp Turmeric
(1/4 tsp cayenne-optional) This helps with the absorption of turmeric however it can cause reflux. You can omit it if you have reflux
Directions:
1. Boil 2 cups of water and add ginger slices. Boil for 10 minutes and then set aside to cool
2. While the ginger is boiling juice the oranges and lemons into a pitcher
3. Strain the ginger tea water and pour it into the pitcher
4. Add the honey and turmeric (and cayenne if using) mix well.
5. Pour about 1/4 C of juice into each freezer mold and freeze overnight
*To use add one frozen cube to a cup and add hot water to make a tea or add to your water bottle to drink throughout the day
