Homemade Protein Waffles

Ingredients (makes 2–3 waffles)

2 eggs

1/3 cup milk (or dairy-free like coconut or oat)

1/4 cup collagen peptides (unflavored)

1/3 cup flour (regular, oat, or gluten-free blend)

1 tbsp maple syrup (optional, for flavor)

1 tbsp melted butter or avocado oil

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp baking soda

pinch of salt

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

Preheat waffle iron Whisk eggs, milk, collagen, oil, maple syrup, vanilla

Add dry ingredients and mix until smooth

Let batter sit 2–3 minutes (important for collagen texture)

Cook until golden and slightly crisp
