Dairy Free Yogurt Protein Bowl

Base Ingredients

3/4 cup dairy-free yogurt (coconut or almond works best for thickness)

1 scoop collagen peptides (unflavored)

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1–2 tsp maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

pinch of salt (brings out flavor—don’t skip)

Toppings

1 homemade protein waffle (cut into squares)

sliced strawberries

blueberries

1-2 tbsp hemp seeds

Instructions

In a bowl, mix yogurt + collagen + vanilla + maple syrup + pinch of salt Stir really well until smooth (collagen dissolves easily, but give it 20–30 seconds)

Top with waffle pieces, strawberries, blueberries, and hemp seeds

Optional: drizzle a little extra maple syrup or nut butter on top or honey
