Marinated Cheese Appetizer

Don’t worry if you’re dairy free because this recipe works with vegan cheese as well!

Servings: 12

2 Blocks of hard cheese of your choice, diced into cubes

1 jar olive

1 jar of marinated peppers or stuffed peppers

2 Bags of Crunchmasters crackers (they’re all gluten free and they also have a few dairy free flavors)

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp of either sundried tomato oil, garlic infused oil or roasted red pepper oil

1 tbsp italians seasoning

1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl mix the oil and seasonings and set aside until ready to serve
  2. Crate a checkerboard with your crackers.
  3. Alternate your appetizer toppers (cheese, peppers, olives etc)
  4. When ready to serve drizzle the olive oil mixture all over the platter
