These cortisol-balancing cookies are packed with ingredients that help support your body’s stress response naturally. Hemp seeds and chia seeds provide essential omega-3s and magnesium, which help regulate cortisol and calm the nervous system. Oats offer slow-digesting carbs that support steady blood sugar—key for balanced mood and energy. Sunbutter (sunflower seed butter) adds healthy fats and vitamin E, which is known to help reduce oxidative stress. Cinnamon helps stabilize blood sugar and may reduce cortisol spikes, while a pinch of salt supports adrenal function and hydration. Together, these ingredients make a nourishing, functional treat that soothes your body during stressful times.
