Equipment

  • 1 Mixing bowl

Ingredients

  • 3/4 C Dairy free yogurt, greek style I used Cocojune brand
  • 1/2 C Coconut whipped cream I used So Delicious Brand
  • 2 tbsp Nut butter, sunflower butter or granola butter of your choice
  • 1/3 C Unflavored collagen peptides
  • 1-2 tbsp Pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 C Dairy free mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tiny pinch Salt

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl combine the yogurt, coconut whipped cream, peanut butter, collagen, maple syrup and vanilla until combined
  • Fold in the chocolate chips
  • Refrigerate for about 10-15 minutes before serving
  • Serve with fresh fruit like apples and berries
