Summer Pizza

1 pizza dough of your choice, pie dough also works
1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
1 tbsp honey, 1/4 each pizza
salt
pepper
oregano
1tsp balsamic vinegar, 1/4 per pizza
4 tbsp dairy free ricotta or goat cheese
Fresh basil leaves
Directions:
1. Leave your dough out to defrost
2. Preheat oven to 400F. Line a backing sheet with parchment paper
3. Make a cluster of tomatoes. Top with honey, balsamic, salt, pepper and oregano.
4. Cut the dough using a hamburger press of extra large cookie cutter and put the circle of dough over the tomatoes.
5. Bake for 20 minutes.
6. Allow to cool for 10 minutes and then top with dairy free cheese and fresh basil
