Sundried tomato & Chicken Meal Prep

About 350 calories and 40g of protein!

Ingredients: Per bowl

3 tbsp rice or orzo

2 tbsp tomato sauce

1 tbsp sundried tomatoes

1/4 C low sodium chicken broth

1/4 C frozen or fresh spinach, the frozen spinach is easier

5 oz of chopped chicken breast

Directions:

1. Pre heat oven to 350F

2. Add all the ingredients to an oven safe container (linked mine below)

3. Mix

4. Bake for 40-50 minutes until all the rice is cooked and the liquid is gone
