15 Minute Chicken & Broccoli

Looking for a quick and nutritious dinner that doesn’t skimp on flavor? This 15-minute chicken and broccoli recipe is your answer. It’s perfect for busy weeknights when you need to get a meal on the table fast. Packed with lean protein and healthy greens, this dish is as satisfying as it is speedy.
Ingredients: Makes 4 servings
1 1/2lbs chicken
3 C broccoli
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp fresh shredded ginger
Sauce: (Double this if you want a lot of sauce)
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 C chicken broth
2 tbsp tamari or soy sauce if not gluten free
1 tbsp oyster sauce (or extra tamari)
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp vegetable oil or sesame if not allergic
*Optional rice or quinoa to serve with
Directions:
1. Whisk all the sauce ingredients together and set aside
2. In a skillet heat 1 tbsp oil and add chicken. Cook until golden brown about 7 minutes.
3. Add garlic and ginger mix for 30 seconds
4. Add broccoli and sauce mix well and cover for 5-7 minutes lower heat to medium, mixing occasionally. (check to see if it needs more fluid add a tbsp or 2 of water )
Serve warm!
