2 Minute Protein Brownie

Ingredients: for 1 serving
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp chocolate protein powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 egg
1/3 C high protein yogurt of your choice
Chocolate chips
*Optional: I topped mine with coconut whipped cream, granola butter and more chocolate chips
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until combined
- Transfer to a microwave safe dish. Cook for about 2 minutes * cooking time will vary based off the size of the dish you use and microwave power


What high protein (dairy free) yogurt do you recommend?
I like Cocojune or Siggi’s
If you don’t have a microwave, could you potentially cook in the oven!?
Hi! I haven’t tried it but if I had to guess I would say 350F for 12-15 minutes
