2 Minute Protein Brownie

Ingredients: for 1 serving

3 tbsp cocoa powder

1 tbsp chocolate protein powder

1 tbsp maple syrup

1 egg

1/3 C high protein yogurt of your choice

Chocolate chips

*Optional: I topped mine with coconut whipped cream, granola butter and more chocolate chips

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until combined
  2. Transfer to a microwave safe dish. Cook for about 2 minutes * cooking time will vary based off the size of the dish you use and microwave power
