Here’s a quick hack and natural way to help relive bloating and constipation.
Bloating Ingredients:
1 bag lemon balm tea
2” fresh ginger root chopped
2 C water
1/2 lemon juice
Constipation Ingredients:
1 bag green tea
1 bag peppermint tea or 8 fresh pepper mint leaves
2 C water
1/2 lemon juice
Directions for bloating tea
1. For the bloating tea you will boil 2 C water with the chopped ginger root for 10 minutes. When the 10 minutes is up remove from the heat and add the. lemon balm tea bag. Allow the mixture to steep another 10 minutes. Drain the tea into a pitcher to remove the ginger pieces. Pour the mixture into the ice molds, sprinkle 1/2 lemon juice and freeze. To use add 1 C of the ice cubes to a tea or water bottle. You don’t have to use this tea every day just as needed
Directions for constipation tea:
1. Boil 2 C of water. Once the water begins to boil remove it from the heat and add the tea or fresh leaves. Allow to steep for 10 minutes. Pour the mixture into the ice cube tray and sprinkle 1/2 lemon juice. Freeze overnight. When ready to use add 1 C of cubes to a warm tea. Warm fluids help loosen up constipation.
