Headache Remedy Tea

Ingredients:
1 tea bag, I used ginger green team with lemongrass
Coq10 drops
Magnesium drops
Feverfew drops
1 tbsp honey (sometimes headaches are caused by low blood sugar and this can help temporarily until you eat a meal)
**For the supplements be sure to follow the dose serving size recommended on the specific bottle you’re using.
Directions:
1. Boil water. When it starts to boil remove it from the heat
2. Steep the tea, honey for a few minutes and then add the supplements.
3. Drink 1 cup at the onset of headache
Other dietary causes of headaches:
•Low sodium or electrolyte imbalance
•Dehydration
•Low blood sugar
•Caffeine withdrawal
•Consuming sulfites
•Food intolerance
•Deficiency of magnesium, niacin, riboflavin, cobalamin, Coq10, carnitine, a-lipoic acid and vitamin D
