Hormonal Migraine Relief Tea
Ingredients
- 2 C Hot water
- 1-2 Bags Feverfew Lemongrass tea
- 4-5 Leaves Fresh mint or 1 mint tea bag
- *1 bag Caffeinated green tea * Only if caffeine helps your migraines otherwise you can leave it out
Instructions
- Steep the tea and leaves in hot water about 5 minutes.
- Note: I like to try the tea without caffeine first to see if it helps. If it doesn't I add the green tea to the mixture and try again.*This is not medical advice
