High Protein Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients:
1 scoop protein
1/2 C oats, gluten free
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp granola butter (or nut butter if not allergic)
2/3 C water (or dairy free milk)
pinch of salt
optional toppings: Fruit, yogurt, granola butter, seeds
Directions:
1. Using a blender combine all the ingredients until smooth
2. Pour the batter into a large mug or ramekin like the one shown
3. Microwave for 1 to 1.5 minutes (the time depends on the type of dish/cup you use and power of your microwave) I suggest starting with one minute and then checking it even 15 seconds. If it’s overcooked it doesn’t taste as good. The edges should be firm but the center moist and soft like a cake.
