Immunity Baked Oats

Ingredients: Makes 6 adult servings
2 ripe bananas
2 C Pitaya foods frozen Immunity blend fruit
2 C oats
2 C milk of your choice
2 scoops protein powder (optional)
1/4 C maple syrup
1/4 C applesauce or 1 egg or 1 flax egg
1 tsp baking powder
*Optional: I serve with high protein. dairy free yogurt and extra fruit
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375F. Prepare a 9×9 pan
2. Add the banana to the pan and smash it. Pour in the fruit, oats and baking powder.
3. In a separate bowl whisk together the protein powder, milk, apple sauce and maple syrup.
4. Pour the mixture over the pan and mix.
5. Bake for 1 hour. Allow to cool before cutting into it or it will fall apart
