Equipment

  • 1 Small saucepan
  • 1 Mug
  • 1 Frother or spoon

Ingredients

  • 1 C Dairy free milk preferably oat or a milk without calcim Calcium blocks iron absorption
  • 1 tbsp Milamend chocolate supplement Replacing coffee because coffee blocks iron absorption and Milamend blend has iron and hormone supporting supplements
  • 1 tsp Molasses Iron rich, adds sweetness
  • 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon Anti-inflammatory
  • 1 tsp Honey or pure maple syrup Sweetner
  • 1 tsp Collagen peptides Stabilize blood sugar
  • 1 drop Lemon juice Vit C to help absorb the iron

Optional

  • 1-2 tbsp Coconut whipped cream

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan warm the milk.
  • In your mug add the Milamend, molasses, cinnamon, lemon drop, maple syrup or honey and collagen. Pour the milk on top and milk well or use a frother
  • *Optional: I like to top mine with coconut whipped cream to make it extra creamy
