Overnight Quinoa

Ingredients: Makes 1 serving
8 tbsp cooked quinoa
1/2 tbsp chia seeds
6 tbsp milk of your choice, i used oat milk
1 tsp honey
Fruit of your choice for topping
Directions:
1. Cook quinoa as directed on package
2. Add all the ingredients to a jar except the fruit. Mix well. Put a lid on the jar and let set overnight. In the morning add fruit and if you’d like more protein add a high protein yogurt.
