Equipment

  • 1 Small mixing bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C Yogurt-Greek style, can be dairy free or regular. I use Cocojune coconut yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp Nut butter, Sunflower butter or Granola butter
  • 1 Serving collagen peptides of your choice For animal based I use Vital proteins for vegan I use Sunwarrior brand
  • 1 tbsp Pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 C Raspberries for topping *optional Coconut whipped cream is also a great topping!

Instructions

  • In a small bowl mix the yogurt, cocoa powder, nut butter, collagen, maple syrup ad vanilla until smooth and fluffy
  • Place the mixture into your dish of choice
  • Top with berries and eat! Or refrigerate keeps up to 48 hours in air tight container

Notes

Approx 300 calories depending on the yogurt, collagen and nut butter that you use
10-25g protein again dependent on brands
Fiber about 5g
