Protein No Bake Brownie Bites

*I included substitutions to make this nut free

Ingredients:

1 scoop chocolate protein, plant based

2 tbsp cocoa powder

3 tbsp maple syrup

2 tbsp peanut butter or granola butter

1/2 C Almonf flour or chickpea flour

2 tbsp milk, plant based i used oat

Mini Chocolate chips optional- these are put on last when making the balls, not blended into the mixture

Directions:

1. Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl and blend until it’s a crumbly texture that when squished forms a paste.

2. Refrigerate the dough for 25 minutes

3. Roll the balls into 2” balls and roll them in the chocolate chips.

4. Keep refrigerated for storage
