Stress Reducing Blueberry Iced Green Tea

Green tea contains Theanine which has the ability to relax muscles and reduce blood pressure. It can also help you concentrate on tasks. Blueberries are a superfood, high in nutrients and antioxidants and help lower your blood pressure. Thyme helps the immune system fight infections, reduce inflammation and has B6 a nutrient that combats stress. This tea is a powerhouse!

Ingredients: (Makes 2 servings)
3 C Water
1/2 C Blueberries, smashed
4 small twigs of thyme
1-2 Green tea bags
1/2 Lemon wedges

Directions:
1. Boil the water. While the water is boiling smash the blueberries and add them to your tea pot. Add the lemon wedges, thyme and tea bags.
2. Pour the boiling water into the pot and allow it to steep for 5 minutes.
3. Serve the tea over ice
