Chinese Chicken Wings

Ingredients: Makes 4 servings
2lbs chicken wings
3 tbsp oyster sauce, I used Ka-Me brand for authenticity
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh grated ginger
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp rice wine vinegar or juice from 1 lime
Optional toppings:
green onion
thai chili peppers
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- In a large bowl mix all the ingredients until the wings are coated. Let them marinate in the refrigerator about 20 minutes
- On a large baking sheet, lined with tin foil or parchment paper, spread the chicken wings out so they’re not touching. Bake for 35 minutes, flipping half way.
- When ready to serve sprinkle your toppings
