Chinese Chicken Wings

Ingredients: Makes 4 servings
2lbs chicken wings
3 tbsp oyster sauce, I used Ka-Me brand for authenticity
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh grated ginger
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp rice wine vinegar or juice from 1 lime

Optional toppings:
green onion
thai chili peppers

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. In a large bowl mix all the ingredients until the wings are coated. Let them marinate in the refrigerator about 20 minutes
  3. On a large baking sheet, lined with tin foil or parchment paper, spread the chicken wings out so they’re not touching. Bake for 35 minutes, flipping half way.
  4. When ready to serve sprinkle your toppings
