High Protein Chocolate Pudding Cake

Ingredients: Makes 1 serving

1 container unflavored yogurt of your choice

1 scoop chocolate protein powder of your choice

2-3 rice cakes

2 tbsp coconut whipped cream

*optional toppings: fruit, chocolate chips, nuts

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl combine the yogurt and protein powder until smooth
  2. Spread the chocolate pudding on the rice cakes. Top with coconut whipped cream and toppings and eat immediately
