Lemon-Lime Homemade Gatorade

With just 3 ingredients I made my version of lemon-lime gatorade. Personally I think this tastes even better but everyone has an opinion! If you’re allergic to coconut you could substitute a clean electrolyte water or powder mixed with water. I will link clean options and the bottles I used.

Ingredients (Makes 2 servings)
1 1/2 C Coconut water
1 1/2 C Fresh lemonade
1 Lime juiced

Mix and refrigerate! Lasts up to 5 days in the refrigerator and 3 months frozen!

**Caution: If you have a disorder such as a kidney disease where you’re unable to naturally excrete excess potassium from your body talk to your doctor before consuming coconut water which has a much higher concentration of potassium than gatorade.
