  • 1 Large pitcher (84.5 oz)
  • 1 Small blender

Ingredients

  • 1 C Strawberry puree High in Vit C which helps significantly improve iron absorption and helps raise ferritin levels
  • 6 Scoops Milamend Hibiscus supplement Provides a blend of vitamins, minerals, amino acids and antioxidants (including folate, B6, zinc, selenium, CoQ10) that support red blood cell production, energy metabolism and nutrient utilization which is important for improving symptoms associated with low ferritin and iron deficiency
  • 6 C Water
  • 1/2-3/4 C Fresh lemon juice A potent source of vitamin C that enhances the absorption of dietary iron
  • 1/3 C Honey Provides trace minerals that support red blood cells
  • 1 inch Fresh ginger slices Supports digestion and circulation helping your body better absorb nutrients like iron

Instructions

  • In a large pitcher combine all the ingredients
  • Refrigerate before serving. Serving size is 1 C per day
